Where we deliver
AXWorld is growing city by city across India. We deliver within the service area of every city where AXWorld is live. The app shows whether a store delivers to your address before you order.
Delivery times
- Most orders from nearby stores are delivered the same day. An estimated delivery time is shown before you confirm, and you can track the order live once it is picked up.
- Estimates can change because of traffic, weather, order volume or store preparation time. If an order is significantly delayed, we will update you in the app.
Delivery charges
Any delivery fee depends on the store, the distance and the order value, and is always shown at checkout before you pay. Some stores offer free delivery above a minimum order value.
Receiving your order
- Please check your order at the door. If something is wrong, tell the delivery partner and report it in the app.
- If you are not available and cannot be reached, the delivery partner may wait a short time before returning the order. Perishable items may not be redelivered.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready or pay by UPI to the payment details shown in the app.
